Our story
Mission-Minded Bookkeeping exists because we know the financial challenges ministries and charitable organizations face, and we wanted to be on the front lines helping.
Why we exist
We have spent seven years in the numbers and years before that in ministry. We hold a Bachelor's in Accounting and have kept the books for more than 50 churches, non-profits and small businesses. We know first-hand the demands of ministry life, and how much it matters to have accurate, relevant financial data when it is time to make a decision.
With every organization we serve, we keep the mission in mind. Your accounting tells one part of your story, and it can help you accomplish everything you are called to do. Mission-Minded Bookkeeping exists to make sure that part of the story is told faithfully and well.
We work alongside every client to keep their books clean and their leaders informed, which is a different job from filing a set of accounts and moving on.

Financial clarity is not the goal. It is the tool that lets your organization get on with the work it was actually called to.
We would rather your treasurer understand the fund report than depend on us to read it. Good stewardship is the point.
