Home / Services / Sleep At Night Bookkeeping
For churches and non-profits
Full-cycle monthly bookkeeping on a cash basis, closed by the 25th, for churches and non-profits that need the books right without the extras.

Overview
Sleep At Night is the entry point, and the name is the promise. Every deposit, expenditure, bill, credit card charge and journal entry is recorded. Every bank account, credit card, investment account, restricted fund and liability is reconciled. The month closes by the 25th and you get a Balance Sheet with either an Income Statement or a Budget vs. Actual.
What it is not is a stripped-down tier that quietly drops the thing ministries actually need. Unlimited grant, restricted and designated fund tracking is included here, exactly as it is at every other tier, because a church that cannot tell a giver where a designated gift went has a trust problem rather than an accounting problem.
This tier suits a smaller church or non-profit with one person handling finances, a straightforward chart of accounts, and no pressing need for board-level custom reporting. When you outgrow it, moving up a tier is a conversation and not a migration.
What’s included
Bank accounts, credit cards, investments, restricted funds and liabilities, all reconciled rather than just categorized.
A predictable monthly rhythm, with bi-weekly accounts payable processing and weekly available if you need it.
Grants, restricted and designated funds tracked without limit, plus assistance with external reporting and grant applications.
Annual 1099 filing and W-9 management handled, along with fixed asset schedule assistance.
