Three ways in

Get started with Mission-Minded Bookkeeping.

Request a quote, book a consultation, or just sign up for the newsletter and take your time. Whichever you choose, you are talking to the people who keep your books rather than an account manager.

Path 01

Request a quote

Tell us about your organization and what you need. We will review the financial data and come back with a quote built for your situation rather than a package number.

Path 02

Book a consultation

Prefer to talk first? Skip the quote entirely and get a call in the diary. Bring your questions, your current software and an idea of where the books stand.

Service area

Madison and Hamilton counties, Indianapolis and the wider Midwest, plus remote work nationwide.

How it starts

A call about your needs, then a quote based on the financial data we request, then an engagement letter, then onboarding and a video call about your current systems.

Serving

Madison County and Hamilton County Indiana, Indianapolis and the wider Midwest, plus churches, non-profits and small businesses remotely nationwide.

Thank you. We have your request and will follow up by email. If you would rather get a call in the diary now, book a consultation.
Something went wrong sending that. Please email [email protected] or call 219.204.2801 and it will get sorted.

A few numbers

So we can price it properly.

These are what a quote is actually built from. Fill them in as closely as you can, and your quote appears once you send the form.

Monthly reporting you want

Audit and Form 990 work is preparation and support only. We work alongside your auditor and whoever files your return. We do not conduct audits or reviews, and we do not file returns.

Your details come straight to us and are never shared.

Stay on mission

Occasional notes on church and non-profit finance.

Short, practical, and never more often than it is worth your time.

You are on the list. Thank you.
That did not go through. Email [email protected] and we will add you.
